A)- Return the goods of good quality

  • The buyer is entitled to reject the goods at any time before the shipment of goods.
  • The buyer is entitled to return the goods within 10 days of purchase provided the goods are in their un-opened original packing and are in saleable condition. The buyer needs to present the proof of purchase of the goods from this seller.
  • The buyer shall have no right to reject the goods of good quality, having individually defined properties if the specified goods may be used only to acquire it by the consumer.
  • When the customer rejection of the goods, gift, issued together with this product is subject to mandatory return.

B)- Return the goods of inadequate quality

'Return' is defined as the action of giving back the item purchased by the Buyer to the Seller on the website. Following situations may arise:

    Reasons for Refund
  • Item was defective
  • Item was damaged during the Shipping
  • Products was / were missing – parts missing.
  • Wrong item was sent by the Seller.
  • Refund / Replacement Terms
  • Validity of returns: Within 10 days from delivery.
  • Refund: Return could also result in refund of money in most of the cases.
  • Replacement: Within 10 days from delivery only.

Refunds will be made to the bank account of the Customer specified in the application, within 10 (ten) business days from receipt of goods from buyer.

When returning the goods the buyer of need to fill out the following:
  • The full name of the seller.
  • Last name, first name and patronymic of the buyer.
  • Name of product.
  • The date of conclusion of the contract and delivery of the goods.
  • The amount to be refunded.
  • The signatures of the seller and the buyer (buyer's representative).
